I got to shoot a regional championship soccer game in Monticello yesterday. It was 0-0 going into the second half of the game and then Monticello started doing something right…
I felt bad for the Saint Teresa goalie… one of Monticello’s kicks bounced off the crossbar into the goalie and then bounced off the goalie into the net. That sucks.
Since moving to Monticello I’ve only been able to shoot a few games in town. All of them, up until this game, had been losing games. I was starting to think I was a curse… oh well.
Anyway, here are a few from the game.

1. is that last one the goalie that let in the goal.
2. what big obnoxious white lens did you get to use for this. 400?
Jay-
No, the goalie is the one on the bench in the second-to-last photo… he pretty much had that look of disbelief for the rest of the game.
Everything was with the 16-35, 70-200, 300 or 300 with the 1.4x (420).
