
Mal and I went to the Krannert Art Museum with Juli and Brody Sunday afternoon. I didn’t even know this place existed…
There is a neat exhibit called Blown Away with a bunch of art dealing with explosions or disaster. I forgot how much I loved modern art over that old, boring stuff.
The museum also has an exhibit by Chicago-based screenprinter Jay Ryan. His work is impressive… I might have to buy a print or two for my yet-to-be-started art collection.
Brody seemed to like it more than I though he would. Maybe he’ll grow up to be an artist…
