I should be sleeping right now. My body is exhausted, but my mind is wide awake. It's been like this for about a week now. This isn't entirely new... I have a hard time winding down on a normal night, but usually it's nothing a glass of milk and a dark room can't fix.
I've tried laying down in bed with my eyes closed, on the couch with a boring movie, in my old bed with some music, on the floor with my favorite blanket and none of it is working.
Anybody have any suggestions for a good night sleep?
