Rear-view Mirror / July 6, 2006 // Mattoon, Ill. This is what I saw when I was getting ready to leave work Thursday morning. I've been a sucker for color lately, so I had to grab this shot of the light reflected in my mirror surrounded by the nasty orange glow from the low-pressure sodium vapor lights in our parking lot.

Up in the air

In a helicopter / July 4, 2006 // In Flight I got to fly for a little while during the air show Tuesday. The photos weren't spectacular, but I always try to take a picture of myself when I fly. It's a weird habit. I have done nothing but work for the past 10 days. OK, I lied. I have done other things besides work... I played a few round of putt-putt miniature golf with Mal. We played a couple rounds in Champaign and one round in Mattoon. She gave me a good challenge, but sadly, 'good challenge' isn't recorded on the scorecard. We ...
