My boss likes to pick on me.
Not in a mean way, more like being a freshman in high school or having an older brother or sister.
She has put Orajel in my Coke, put cookies on my desk when I was trying to start a diet and likes to try to pull my chair out when I’m starting to sit down.
I always tell her I’m going to get her back, and today I did.
She called in sick Tuesday, so I decided to make a six-foot-tall headshot of her and tape it to the wall behind her desk.
It went up around 1 a.m. on Wednesday and is still up now. Her desk is in the corner of the newsroom, but it is still plain-sight for anyone that comes in the building.

Now I have to start planning my revenge for when she gets me back…
