This has Dr. Phil written all over it

Not quite a creepy fog, just enough to be pretty.

After all of the holiday madness, this is what my head feels like.

Put down the straitjacket, I’m not feeling all gloomy and sad… just a little lonely in this ghost-town known as Charleston.

In the past month I have gotten a job, done a lot of fun things with friends, spent a lot of good time with Mal and had several personal projects to keep me occupied. I’ve been surrounded by people for a while now.

But now I’m in the post-holiday twilight zone. All of my friends have gone home, Mal is at home, all of the shopping/ wrapping/ card-writing is done.

I’m not the type to get all artsy and symbolic, but something about this tree in the fog clicked with me today. When I saw it, I had to pull over on the side of the road and take a picture of it.

Maybe I’m going crazy…

Or it could be another night of not being able to sleep. Who knows.
