Origami Christmas Tree

General | 11.29.05 | No Comments

A three-foot wide by three-foot deep by five-foot tall Christmas tree made entirely out of origami.

A detail of the star on top.

There was no glue, staple or tape used in this tree, just folded paper.

So when I went in to work yesterday, I noticed a Christmas tree in the corner of the room. I didn’t notice it was made entirely out of origami until I got a little closer to it. Ken, one of the photographers, made it.

Being the Scrooge that I am, I don’t want to give it any attention. But I do have to commend him on the patience and detail it took to make something like this.

I definitely couldn’t do something like this unless I had an I.V. drip of my old ADD medicine. That would be pretty sweet. I could actually get things done.
